Cyber Security Sponsorship

Pre-Show

• Branding on all Cyber Security Training Marketing Material (includes both printed, online and email marketing)
• Sponsorship of two visitor/delegate pre-registered promotional emails

On Site

• 15sqm of exhibiting or meeting room space on the ITEC exhibition floor in the Cyber Zone for the duration of the event
• A slot on the keynote Cyber Security Workshop panel
• A further speaking slot within the Cyber Security Training Conference,  (content and format to be agreed with the ITEC Content Manager)
• Inclusion of company literature in the delegate bags
• Branding on all associated on site Cyber signage (for both the Conference and the Cyber Exhibition Zone)
• Branding on all show marketing collateral (including the official show guide)
• Directional carpet tiles (x2) strategically placed in hall directing to your showcase
• 4 complimentary industry conference passes to allocate as appropriate

Post-Show

• Sponsorship of a post-show email to all registered visitors/delegates
• 3^rd Party data from your two speaker sessions in the conference (subject to delegate approval)

Cost - £20,000 + VAT (if applicable)

• Branding on all Marketing Material which references the relevant session (includes both printed, online and email marketing)
• Sponsorship of one targeted pre-registered delegate promotional email

On Site

• Optional 9sqm of exhibiting or meeting room space on the ITEC exhibition floor for the duration of the event
• The option of providing a representative to Chair the relevant session, which includes multiple individual presentations followed by an interactive Q&A
• Inclusion of company literature in the delegate bags
• Branding on all on site signage which references the relevant session
• Branding on all show marketing collateral (including the official show guide) which references the relevant session
• 2 complimentary industry Cyber Workshop passes to allocate as appropriate (includes entry to the ITEC Networking Evening)

Post-Show

• Sponsorship of a post-show email to all registered delegates
• 3^rd Party data from the sessions within the relevant session (subject to delegate approval)

• The option of providing a representative to Chair the relevant session, which will include multiple individual presentations followed by an interactive Q&A
• Branding on all pre, during and post show marketing materials that reference the relevant session (includes online, email and on-site collateral and signage)

Networking Evening Sponsorship - £10,000 + VAT (if applicable)

On the evening of Wednesday 23rd March 2012 after the first day of the Workshop, we will be providing delegates from the Cyber Workshop with an evening of drinks and a chance to network with their peers in a more relaxed setting. Discussions generated by the day's proceedings will undoutedly be high on the agenda, and there is of an opportunity for one key group to brand this important event and deliver a short presentation to the delegates, allowing you to raise your profile among the key members of the community.

Lunch Break Sponsorship - £5,000 + VAT (if applicable)

Delegates will be provided with lunch each day in the Delegate Restaurant, a purpose built facility on the ITEC Exhibition Floor. Take advantage of this opportunity to raise your profile with flyer drops and branding around the restaurant, as well as the opportunity to deliver a short presentation to delegates after their meal.

Coffee Break Sponsorship - £3,000 + VAT (if applicable)

Between each of the sessions there are scheduled 30 minute coffee breaks to allow delegates to network and digest what they have head. Brand these short breaks with materials relevant to the previous session to allow delegates to clearly see and understand your industry solutions.
