The venue is part of a 100 acre campus, including 3 onsite DLR stations, easy access to the Jubilee Line and London City Airport, parking for 2,600 cars, 5 on-site hotels and numerous on-site bars and restaurants.

How do I get to ITEC 2012?

ExCeL London is located 10 minutes from Canary Wharf, in the heart of London's Royal Docks.

 

There is easy access to the venue - with three onsite DLR (Docklands Light Railway) stations, easy access to London Underground (Jubilee Line – two stops on the DLR from Canning Town), parking for 4,000 cars and international airport 5-minutes away.

Where can I stay during ITEC 2012?

 

Events in Focus

We are working with Events in Focus as our official supplier for accomodation bookings. They have secured special rates for all visitors and exhibitors to ITEC. Please visit the booking platform to book your rooms now.

What is the ITEC Admissions Policy?

ITEC is open to Government, Armed Forces, Police, Ministry of Defence visitors (UK and overseas), Media and Trade visitors. If you wish to attend the exhibition or have been invited to attend, you are expected to apply via the online registration system or by completing the registration form supplied on the conference brochure and visitor ticket and returning to our registration company.

 
During the exhibition there will be no onsite registration facility. 
 
General
  • Admission is restricted to professional and business visitors
  • All Visitors should be engaged in bona fide areas of the security industry, the armed forces, government, equipment procurement organisations, specifiers, operators/end-users, trade media or research establishments.
  • All stand personnel, visitors, guests and stand contractors acknowledge that only the Organiser’s official admission badge, worn by the person named on it, will permit admission (as the Organiser’s licensee) into ITEC 2012. The badge remains the property of the Organiser and has a notional value of 0.01p.
  • No person named on the badge or the company, firm or business, which that person represents, may permit the badge to be worn by another person. The wearing of a badge under these circumstances will constitute appropriation, an automatic termination of such license and will be sufficient grounds for the unauthorised individual to be removed from the exhibition. It may also lead to prosecution. Identity checks will be conducted as a condition of entry.
  • Any person found to be registering to attend ITEC 2012 using false information/credentials or deliberately with-holding information will have their application automatically denied and may be liable to prosecution.
  • All persons attending the exhibition should carry and produce on request a supporting personal photographic identity document - passport, photo-ID driving license, national identity or similar. Company identification cards will not be accepted.
  • All stand personnel, visitors, guests, stand contractors and service providers should pre-register. Their names will be subject to a security clearance process.
  • All persons attending the exhibition must wear business or service dress.
  • No person under the age of 18 years, including children of exhibitors, will be admitted during the exhibition period.
  • Anyone attending ITEC must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behavior or any activity which may disrupt the exhibition.
  • Without prejudice, the Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from ITEC who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules.

How do I buy tickets to the Networking Events?

Only approved visitors, approved conference delegates, exhibitors and VIPs can purchase tickets for the networking dinner. Tickets will be available for purchase when registering to attend ITEC. If you are an exhibitor, please contact the team.
