In a revised format this year, the day is packed with structured networking opportunities and live demonstrations. Attendees will hear from regional military leaders before breaking into small groups for a series of rotational sessions.

  1. Collect your badge on arrival and mingle (at a safe distance, of course) with other delegates.
  2. A welcome address to set the scene for the day.
  3. A chance to quiz our keynote speakers, grab a coffee and connect with other delegates.
  4. Delegates will be split into small groups for a series of rotational breakout sessions, offering live demonstrations with relevant exhibitors.
  5. After a comfort break and an opportunity to grab refreshments, it is time to move on to your second breakout session.
  6. A complimentary lunch will be served, while giving you time to quiz exhibitors on their morning demos and share learnings with other attendees.
  7. Hear from our second guest speaker, followed by a quickfire Q&A.
  8. Time to reconvene in your small group for the third breakout session of the day.
  9. Your final exhibitor demo. Make sure you haven't missed meeting a relevant organisation.
  10. Head back to the presentation area for a brief discussion and summary of the day's events.
  11. Depending on your onward travel arrangements, you are warmly invited to stay around for drinks in a casual setting. A great chance to follow-up with new connections.
