Training at the point of need – why and how to adapt mixed reality into military and security training

During the session we will explore the context of the need for change in how training and learning is delivered in the defence and security environment. How we are moving from linear relationship which links practice time to success to one of innovation and problem solving in an unpredictable world. We will seek evidence from parallel markets whilst drawing on years of military and commercial experience. We will then explore the development and future of mixed reality which will lead into real world examples of where this is being put into practice.
