Exhibitor Care Programme

All exhibitors can benefit from our new exhibitor care programme, designed to maximize your organisation’s ROI from the event. The initiative, which launched in 2019, features an enhanced EZONE portal and comprehensive support across the below five core areas.

In addition to the 7.3% rise in predicted ROI, exhibitors also reported far greater satisfaction with pre-event communications, press coverage and operational support.

Brand awareness

As part of your package you can upload your company profile which will be visible to everyone on our website. To increase your exposure further, we promote every exhibitor across our social media channels and include special mentions in selected marketing materials.

IT²EC is providing a complimentary PR service to all exhibitors, courtesy of leading defence and security PR specialists CMS Strategic. To discuss how you can achieve maximum coverage surrounding your participation at the event, please contact us.

Exhibitors are warmly encouraged to share their stories ahead of the event via the IT²EC Press Office. PR opportunities are available from now until the end of the event which include mentions in ITEC press releases and marketing literature as well as inclusion in media partners' editorial coverage. The team will also be available during the event to help you with activities happening at your stand and advise your company on securing additional PR exposure.

Show publications

Your company profile, contact details and stand number will be printed in our Official Event Guide which will be available to all event attendees. To discuss additional promotional opportunities within the publications, please contact Ben Bewley.
