Using VR flight simulation for the assessment of non-technical competencies

VR simulation is a good tool for training non-technical competenties in flight training; non-realistic scenarios can help pilots out of their comfort zone and give more variance in behaviour; objective information (i.e. sim and eye tracking data) on non-technical competenties can be useful for supporting instructors.
