From Training and Simulation to Readiness: Designing Secure, AI‑Ready Platforms for Defence

14 Apr 2026
Human Performance Theatre

As defence organisations adopt AI-driven training and increasingly complex simulation environments, the platforms supporting them must meet strict requirements for performance, security, resilience, and sovereignty. This session introduces a practical framework for designing defence-ready training platforms—Outcome → Workflow → Technology Stack—starting with mission outcomes, then defining the workflows and technologies required to deliver them. Attendees will explore what effective platforms look like in practice: secure, high-performance, low-latency environments capable of supporting modern AI and simulation workloads across hybrid or sovereign infrastructures. The session also highlights how industry and defence organisations can collaborate to scale existing training capabilities and help bridge the gap between simulation and operational readiness.
