The IT²EC and DisTec exhibition areas are free to attend for all relevant stakeholders in the defence and security community.
A range of delegate passes are available to access the conference. Serving military personnel are granted complimentary entry, while representatives from industry, academia, government and public sector organisations can purchase single or multi-day access.
In 2021, we will also be offering enhanced digital opportunities to complement the live event experience.

The IT²EC exhibition hall features suppliers of innovative training and simulation solutions.
The exhibition is free to attend for all visitors. This includes access to the DisTec Theatre and the Technology Lounge.
Please note, industry visitors registering after 21 August 2021 will be charged a late-registration fee of £50.
The IT²EC conference features three content streams as well as a number of keynote plenary sessions. The conference is free to attend for all military visitors.
Representatives from public sector, government, academia and industry can purchase one-, two- or three-day passes to attend the conference.
Please note, capacity in some theatres may be limited. You may be contacted closer to the event to book specific theatres and sessions. Seating will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
The offsite networking evening is a ticketed event with limited capacity. More information about networking events can be found here.
The evening is free of charge for military and VIP guests. All other visitors, including speakers and exhibitors, can purchase a ticket for £90.
Tickets must be purchased or reserved during online registration. They will not be available on site.
