Ms Adelle Adams ARAeS
Adelle specialises in the integration of human performance, safety and training within complex aerospace and defence systems. Her work explores how people, technology, and organisational factors interact, ensuring capability is delivered safely, effectively and at scale. She plays an active role in international collaboration across the defence training and simulation community, having contributed to NATO and RAeS industry groups and supporting I/ITSEC and DSET subcommittees in shaping the future of training, human–machine teaming, and emerging technologies. Adelle is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in Safety & Human Factors in Aviation at Cranfield University, strengthening her leadership with deep technical insight into systems safety, cognitive ergonomics, and evidence‑based training design.
