Mr. Alexander Camp
Alexander Camp is an Applied Cognitive Effects (ACE) Project Officer within NATO Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT), where he leads the integration of the Cognitive Warfare Concept into NATO’s Education, Training, and Exercise structure. As part of the ACE team, he supports NATO’s broader transformation agenda by advancing the institutional adoption of cognitive warfare across the Alliance.
His work focuses on the development of cognitive warfare training and education frameworks, the integration of cognitive effects into NATO exercises, and operational experimentation.
Mr. Camp served nearly a decade in the United Sates Marine Corps with experience in the Infantry and Psychological Operations, bringing an operational perspective to the evolving challenges of the cognitive dimension. His work centers on ensuring NATO maintains cognitive superiority in an increasingly contested environment.
