Mr. Brent Bell is the PD NGC, leading the Army's top training capability initiative along with One Semi-Automated Forces and Games for Training. He previously served as Deputy PM CT2 at PEO STRI, overseeing over 50 programs with $1B annual budget. Mr. Bell also supported the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Developmental Test & Evaluation (DASD(DT&E)) as a Staff Specialist and has led several Army modernization efforts in the area of Cyber Training, Aviation, and Test & Evaluation.
