Crossley McEwen is a leading innovation scout for the jHub, an organisation that delivers innovation for UK Strategic Command. He provides the bridge between operational challenges and commercial solutions, to ensure the acceleration of capability into the hands of the user. Crossley specialises in delivering projects that focus on core technologies that will have a transformational impact on operational performance. He has been responsible for the delivery of AI, drone and cyber projects for defence customers. He is always seeking a “moonshot” for defence.
Crossley is a fellow of The Institute of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (IKE). He has amassed a breadth of experience as a service leader and pilot, technical leader in cyber research and in the commercial sector working with clients such as Capita, BT, BCG and nPower.
His last book of choice was Range: How Generalists Triumph in a Specialized World. Whenever he can get out, he will be found biking or climbing (170 Munros and counting).
