Curtis Anderson is the CTO and Co-Founder of MAXRES, a pioneering UK company delivering Generative AI-enhanced, DSAT-compliant Training Content Management Systems (TCMS) and immersive headset-based training solutions.
Curtis began his career in educational courseware development before moving into the defence sector, where he developed courseware for the UK Military Flying Training System (MFTS) and led a courseware development team. This gave him a detailed understanding of how high-quality training content is designed, built and delivered at scale.
He went on to found his own software company, creating a Learning Content Management System (LCMS), before co-founding MAXRES in 2022. As CTO, Curtis leads the development team and oversees all technical development, ensuring MAXRES products are secure, scalable and built around the needs of modern training organisations.
Outside of work, Curtis enjoys cycling and spending time with his young family.
