Deborah Barnes is the International Programs Director (PDI) at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). She is responsible for supporting international training systems efforts on behalf of FMS customers. Ms. Barnes earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from Auburn University in 1987, and served in the U.S. Navy as a helicopter pilot for over 20 years. She received her Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1995.
