Elena Bösenberg is Head of Digital Training & Media at TKMS. Her background combines expertise in digital media, IT systems, and cultural theory, with a focus on the intersection of simulation technologies and human performance. Over the past years, she has led cross-functional teams in the development of virtual training platforms and immersive simulation architectures. Her current work centres on the cognitive, ethical, and operational dimensions of digital training for multi-domain operations, with an emphasis on systemic design, behavioural modelling, and human-machine interaction in complex defence contexts.
