Gordon Meadows

Gordon is CEO at SeaBot Maritime and is committed to driving the maritime digital skills agenda, and next generation competencies worldwide. He has over 30 years' experience in the maritime sector and is passionate about creating impactful learning. He is Chair of several skills councils, an international speaker championing the crucial role that people play in the industry's important people technology partnership. He brings broad maritime sector experience, expertise in learning and development, and has a particular focus on the application of digital learning tools in the industry. He is a Chartered Marine Technologist, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST), chairing the Special Interest Group on Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS). He is an industry advisor on training development in the use of uncrewed marine systems and an expert on marine navigation systems.
