As CEO of Potawatomi Ventures - Federal Group, Greg oversees 19 wholly owned federal contracting companies and centralized shared services, and 43 active joint ventures.

Over the past 11 years, Greg has worked with over 100 joint venture businesses at every stage of development – from initial formation through scaled execution – including leadership of a U.S. Department of War-approved Mentor enterprise. Much of this work has involved translating innovative technologies into structures that meet U.S. regulatory, security, and acquisition requirements.

The Federal Group operates across services, construction, and manufacturing, with a strong focus on emerging and dual use technologies, including cyber and digital security, training and simulation, advanced infrastructure, medical services, and financial and risk management. These capabilities are central to helping UK and European innovators navigate the commercial, contractual, and operational realities of the U.S. defence ecosystem.

In addition to his operating role, Greg is involved in funding and investment initiatives, serving in multiple capacities with defence focused technology funds. This perspective allows him to bridge innovation, capital, and risk, offering practical insight into what European firms need to know when crossing the Atlantic and competing in the world’s largest defence market.
