Jamie Anderson is the Director and Co-Founder of MAXRES, a pioneering company at the forefront of delivering a Generative AI enhanced, DSAT compliant, Training Content Management System (TCMS), and immersive headset-based training solutions.
With over two decades of experience as a helicopter instructor in both the Army Air Corps and the Royal Air Force, Jamie brings a deep understanding of technical instruction and operational challenges.
Throughout his career, Jamie has witnessed the constraints that limited training effectiveness—whether due to resources, personnel, or funding. MAXRES was established to address these issues by delivering bespoke, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that enhance and augment both current and future training programs.
Today, MAXRES serves clients in the aerospace and medical sectors, with ambitions to expand into other safety-critical technical and training industries.
Beyond his leadership role, Jamie is a part-time Air Ambulance pilot. He enjoys running, mountain biking, and traveling with his family.
