Jenny is an EAAP (European Association for Aviation Psychology) Board member, accredited Aviation Psychologist, and a senior consultant with the Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR). At NLR Jenny specializes in selection and training in both civil and military aviation. Her work there comprises of applied research, consultancy and selection and training development. Prior to joining NLR, she worked for many years as a selection expert for high-stress positions firstly with the Netherlands Ministry of Defence and later at Air Traffic Control The Netherlands (LVNL).
