Johan de Heer (PhD) has been part of Thales Netherlands' CTO office since 2007, currently serving as Research, Technology, and Innovation Director, and part-time Segment Manager for Brain-Computer Interfaces within Thales Group. Previously, he managed the Human Behavior Analytics Lab, and coordinated the Serious Gaming Lab together with Twente University. His background includes roles at Telematics Research Institute, TNO, Tilburg University, and Radboud University, focusing on human cognition, decision-making, and visual information processing.
