Col Joseph “Snag” Novak is a combat tested F-15C pilot and Flight Surgeon with a background in Aerospace Engineering, Human Systems Integration and Operational Research he bridges the gap between airpower and human performance. Currently assigned to 711th Human Performance Wing, he leverages his aviation experience, medical insight, and systems innovation to advance human-machine teaming.
