Joshua Rice, on behalf of 4C Strategies, supports defence organisations in improving how training data is captured, analysed and used to inform readiness decisions. His work spans individual, in-unit and collective training environments, with a focus on digitisation, integration across live, virtual and constructive training, and the responsible application of data and AI to support readiness insight. He works closely with military stakeholders to address practical challenges associated with scale, interoperability and constrained training resources.
