Josh Ridley is a nationally recognized AI thought leader and solutions architect with Booz Allen Hamilton. He currently serves as the AI Lead for multiple USSOCOM portfolios, where he directs the technical vision and integration of artificial intelligence across mission-critical programs.

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Josh specializes in bridging the gap between advanced cognitive science and operational military necessity. He is currently leading pioneering efforts in AI Wargaming and Agentic AI Validation and Verification (V&V) in partnership with elite academic institutions.

Beyond his operational roles supporting SOCOM, Josh serves as a technical advisor to the NTSA AI Working group, providing insights to Congressional leaders of the AI and M&S Caucuses on the future of modeling, simulation, and synthetic environments. His work is focused on the on the delivery of agentic decision engines and technical assessments that ensure readiness and technological superiority for the modern warfighter.
