Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Ken-Tore Saade Eriksen
Ken-Tore Saade Eriksen brings over two decades of hands-on operational and strategic experience in defence simulation and training — now applied directly to business development as Business Development Director, Nordics & Baltics at BAE Systems OneArc.
A career officer who rose through command at the company level, including operational deployments to Lebanon, Bosnia, and Syria, Ken-Tore spent the better part of his career shaping how the Norwegian Army trains. As Commanding Officer of the Combat Training Centre and, from 2018, as Head of the Norwegian Army Training and Simulation Centre, he held responsibility for the Army's Simulation Policy, Training Doctrine, and the full spectrum of Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training systems across all domains.
In that role, he originated and drove the Norwegian Army's VBS4 enterprise contract from the procurement side — serving as the champion, internal sponsor, and decision-maker. He now joins the company whose capability he chose.
At BAE Systems OneArc, he will lead business development across Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and the Baltic states — bringing rare buyer-side credibility to a region he knows from the inside.
With deep relationships across NATO partner nations and a practitioner's understanding of LVC integration, simulation policy, and training transformation, Ken-Tore is a trusted voice for any organisation serious about where defence training is heading.
