Neil Smith

Dr Neil A Smith is a software engineering manager within the innovation team at PLEXSYS. Prior to joining PLEXSYS Neil worked for the UK National Synchrotron facility (Diamond Light Source) developing web-based experiment information management systems across the facility. Before Diamond he spent 20 years working for QinetiQ/Defence Research Agency in the simulation and training domain. During that time he has worked on numerous research programmes relating to Computer Generated Forces (CGF), behavioural representation and interoperability for UK MOD.
