Cervus Defence and Security Ltd
Paddy is a founder, and executive director of Cervus. An ex-British Army infantry officer, he has 15 years experience of LVC training, simulation, and experimentation in a variety of project and programme roles. For much of this time he acted as the Technical Director for Cervus, responsible for the development of Cervus' range of training analytics products. He has most recently acted as the project lead for the delivery of a Training Data Exploitation project for the Royal Netherlands Army, exploring issues around the use of training data in performance evaluation, in the AAR, and its curation for re-use.
