Rob Taylor

Having spent 10 years in the Royal Marines, with a couple tours of Afghanistan and a career that kept coming back to CQB, Rob spent 2 years working in finance before founding 4GD in late 2016. Borne out of a desire to overcome the shortfalls he experienced between training and the operational environment.  4GD are focussed on both improving the training experience of the Dismounted Close Combat community as well as ensuring junior commanders can bring much more than Troop (or Platoon!) weapons to bear as we enter a period of peer based conflict.
