Skip Vibert is the Government and International Advisor for the National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) appointed as the representative to the ITEC committee in 2016.  As the NTSA Advisor he is responsible to the President of NTSA for developing and maintaining solid relationships with the international communities at the leadership level.  He has been a member of NTSA for over fifteen years; starting as a Secretary of Defense (OSD) sub-committee member and ultimately the I/ITSEC OSD Principal.  He brings over thirty years of experience in Training Systems and Modeling and Simulation development, oversight, coupled with acquisition expertise.  His experience in the Training and Modeling Simulation industry continues with NTSA to develop and grow diverse applications of Modeling and Simulations with government and industry.  

Skip has a Master of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin achieved from their inaugural class in Science and Technology Commercialization.  He was a Naval Flight Officer and a certified Project Management Professional.
