Sophie is currently working as a consultant within BMT's Training Consultancy Services. She is a confident leader and productive team-member who works efficiently in any pressurised environment. Since joining BMT she has focused on ensuring the ‘fit for purpose' delivery of products and services (in line with planned benefits) through detailed monitoring, effective project assurance and the effective application of project management principles.
