Steve served in the RAF in roles from Tornado pilot to Station Commander, RAF Cranwell and DACOS J7, PJHQ. He then joined Training Support Group (TSG) running the training, exercise and operational support contracts at Northwood with what was then Joint Forces Command and the EU Operational HQ. Steve became Head, TSG which now successfully delivers the Joint Command & Staff Training contract at Cyber & Special Operations Command providing comprehensive support for the MOD's operational and strategic levels of training and also provides a range of support services to other elements of UK MOD and overseas defence organisations.
