Dr. Terence Andre is a research leader with more than 38 years of experience optimizing human and system performance. He is a nationally recognized expert in training and education, having led teams developing learning solutions for government and Fortune 500 organizations and has a proven track record of leading diverse groups of scientists and engineers in conducting leading-edge research in military settings. He has had a long and distinguished career as a professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy and a scientist with the Air Force Research Laboratory. He holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
