Tom Charman is Co-founder and CEO of Seldon, a behavioural simulation company modelling how people perceive, decide, act and interact in changing environments. An exited founder and former data scientist with experience in defence, intelligence and counterterrorism, he brings a practical perspective on understanding behaviour and reasoning from incomplete information. At Seldon, he leads a multidisciplinary team developing agents to explore how human decisions shape outcomes, with applications across commercial products, defence and wargaming. His focus is on making behavioural simulation credible and useful: enabling organisations to challenge assumptions, explore consequences and improve decisions before acting.
