Tom Skelding is Cervus' Land Capability Manager responsible for both the development of Forge and using it to design and deliver experiments. Another former British Army infantry officer, he served during ‘Cold War 2.0 deploying on operational tours in Ukraine, Estonia and across the Middle East. Having also worked on roles in force development and defense procurement he is professionally interested in speeding up the decision-making process to support faster and more agile capability acquisition.'
