Megan MacDonald has worked her entire career at CAE, starting in 2010. She is an Instructional Designer and Training Solutions Lead, having led progressively larger teams on progressively larger Defense programs, contributed to innovation and R&D initiatives, and participated in complex proposals. She has a passion for understanding learning strategies and technology from the end-user's perspective. Megan holds a B.A. (2008) and B.Ed. (2010) from Mount Saint Vincent University, where she Majored in English and Minored in Math and Psychology. She also holds a Post Baccalaureate in Instructional Design (2016) from Athabasca University. Megan lives and works in Halifax, Nova Scotia with her family.
