Benjamin Bell is General Manager, Advanced Capabilities Engineering, a subsidiary of Potawatomi Ventures Federal Group. In this role, Ben leads initiatives in AI and emerging tech, and establishes partnerships with small innovators, both in the U.S. and outside, to accelerate scaling into the U.S. defense market. Prior to joining ACE, Ben led two mature defense tech firms and launched two startups. Dr. Bell has a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University, Masters degrees from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Drexel University, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and served as the 2025 ITEC Conference Chair.
