Mr. Ricardo J. Escobar is the Chief Engineer for Next Generation Constructive (NGC) at the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). NGC
will deliver constructive simulation capabilities to train U.S. Army commanders and their staff via the Synthetic Training Environment (STE), the modernization program that converges live, virtual, and constructive simulation domains.
Mr. Escobar holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Master's of Science in Program Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
