ITEC 2019 attracted a diverse audience of more than 2,000 attendees from 45 countries. We were pleased to see an excellent response rate to our event satisfaction survey, providing a high volume of feedback for us to learn from. Thank you, to all who took part. Whether or not you were able to attend the event this year, we are pleased to share the key findings and how they will be used to shape future events.

The right direction
As well as a 10% year-on-year rise in audience size, not including additional visitors from co-located events, we observed significant improvements across several key metrics including overall event satisfaction and exhibitors' predicted return on investment. Positive signs that ITEC is on the right track, but we know there is plenty more work to do.
Regional support
ITEC celebrated its 30th anniversary by returning to Stockholm for the first time since 2008. More than 30% of exhibitors and visitors came from Scandinavia, including excellent representation from the Swedish Armed Forces. This evidence of strong regional engagement supports the event's ongoing geographical rotation strategy. We will continue to review this on an annual basis moving forwards.
Next Stop: London
We are already looking ahead to IT²EC 2020 in London. Our primary objective is to strengthen our industry engagement to ensure all key stakeholders are represented at the event. We are counting on your support.
In return, you can expect a wider variety of exhibiting organisations, more disruptive technology solutions, a simpler registration process, a revised delegate catering format and more readily-available conference materials to help plan your visit.
